Using AR green reading

See putt break and slope with Putty's AR green reading tools.

What is AR green reading?

AR green reading overlays slope and break information on your camera view so you can see how a putt should break.

How to use it

  1. Open a round and walk onto the green.
  2. Open AR green reading from the round tools.
  3. Point your camera at the green and follow the on-screen guidance.

Tips for accuracy

Hold your phone steady, make sure the green is well lit, and recalibrate if the overlay looks off. Accuracy is typically within about 1–2 inches on a 10-foot putt under good conditions.
