Restoring purchases

Get Premium back after reinstalling or changing devices.

Restore purchases

If you reinstall Putty or switch phones, restore purchases to unlock Premium again.

Steps

  1. Sign in with the same Apple ID or Google account used to buy.
  2. Open the upgrade or account screen.
  3. Tap Restore Purchases.

If restore fails, confirm you are on the correct store account, then contact support@putty.golf with your purchase receipt.
